# Acceptable Use Policy

> Guidelines for permitted and prohibited uses of People Context services

# People Context Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

**Effective:** July 7th, 2025

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs the use of the data, APIs, and other services ("Services") provided by **B2D AI, LLC dba PeopleContext** ("People Context"). All customers ("Customers") must comply with this AUP when using People Context Services. People Context reserves the right to update this AUP at any time.

## 1. Permitted Use

Customers may use the Services and data solely for the internal business purposes described in their Subscription Services Agreement and applicable Order Form.

Typical permitted use cases include:

* Marketing, sales, and recruitment intelligence
* Enriching Customer's own CRM or analytics systems
* Providing insights to Customer's internal teams or direct clients as expressly permitted

## 2. Prohibited Uses

Customers may **not**:

* Use the data or Services for any purpose governed by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA)
* Sell, resell, license, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise make available the data or Services to third parties, except as explicitly permitted
* Use the data to build a competing product or service
* Store or cache data beyond permitted retention periods
* Use the data or Services to discriminate or violate anti-discrimination laws
* Use the Services in violation of U.S. sanctions laws or to process data on persons in embargoed countries
* Introduce malware, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the Services

## 3. Security & Compliance

Customers must maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the data obtained through People Context's Services.

Customers agree to **promptly notify People Context** of any actual or suspected unauthorized use or security incident.

## 4. Enforcement

Violations of this AUP constitute a **material breach** of the Customer's agreements with People Context and may result in suspension or termination of access to the Services.
